This place is very ancient and known as one of pitha( means source of traditionality and power )from three and half (sadetin shakti pitha). This place is very famous all over India because it is known as chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj kuldevi; Devi bless Maharaj .This place is not mention like as South's temple all priest are interested in increasing there income only. There is no facilities for shoe rack if you remove your footwear near entry gate Security person's throw all footwares in garbage tank so care yourself. Surrounding of temple place is very dirty and you will see that garbage spread everywhere. This sansthan (trust) is one of richest one than another temple comeety.

This is the best peaceful place and Hestorical as well as Holy place. This place known as Maharashtra chi Kuldevi Aai Tuljabhavani... As the Great Indian History says that KING of Dakhhan(Deccan) Shri. Ch.Shivaji Majaraj got a Sword from The Mata Tuljabhavani to fight with enemies to secure and develop the Hindavi Swarajya(Kingdom). And Tuljabhavani Temple is very high-class. Security and Dignity is Awesome...

It is a very ancient temple...and many ppl visit their daily. Now worst part is....the access road is very poor. ...secondly poor administration completely...we took one of a relative who is a heart patient...he had desire to worship....but the line for worshipping is not straight....u go all the way down and then all the way up again....this is not it...no circulation of air.....many ppl were suffocating inside.....they had to request ppl to allow them to go ahead .....the management I'd terrible....also the cleanliness is very poor .. I hope some one does justice here and make it more human friendly....

Very good Devi temple. We went around 11:30am and came out by 1:30pm. All newly married couples are coming for Mata's blessings. One can find a good number of people coming for darshan. Only problem here is hotness. It is a big problem to walk to temple in bare foot from chappl stand. In my opinion: It is a must visit temple in anyone's life time

Tuljabhavani temple is a Hindu temple dedicated to the goddess Bhavani(Durga). It is located in Tuljapur in Osmanabad district of Maharashtra and is considered as one of the 51 Shakti Pithas. It is situated 45 km from Solapur. The temple is well maintained and the management has not become commercial. Can have Darshan hassle free. As the temple is open from early morning hours to late hours in the night, we do not find big rush on non-special days. Methods of darshan via a row like sridri. Temple is crowded and even on normal days . It takes 1 hour minimum. Paid darshan is from 11.00am. but If u want a peaceful , suggest to visit at 5.00 am morning.

Tuljapur is the one if the 3 1/2 Shaktee pithas of this Maharastra state, as per the Hindu mythology this temple has Goddess Sati's head when it fall on mother earth after Shivji's quarrel with their father in law. Later, this temple has been built by Shivaji maharaj and now maintained by State govt. Recently temple authority has built queue system to manage rush which takes lot of time to complete. Security personnel are so rude and priests prefers greedy.

This temple easily accessible from Solapur city needs no promotion.... But now there is a bit Chang in logistics... One need to register ( Do it early morning) to do BHOGI/ABHISHEK/MUKHA AND ALANKAR DARSHAN. it's well organised by temple. This system avoids overcrowding /stampede and queue jumping by unruly folks. Lots of lodges hotels and restaurants are available to suit every pocket.... But having a lunch... Which is offered to the goddess Sri Tuljabhavani by your family BRAHMIN.. In his house is an experience in itself for some authentic Maharatrian food.
