-Only with a free pass queue or you are a VIP (might b), you can enter into the core of the temple.. otherwise you will get only mukh dharshan. Each person will be given only one free pass.
-There are some temple members or pandits who say they will take u for dharshan in 30 mins but that queue will only take you for mukh dharshan. So its ur choice
-Fridays will be crowdy and any festival day too. Will surely take more than 3 hrs for dharshan on these days.
- Heard Goddess abishekam time is till 11 am and u hav to go bit early to enter that queue.
-Not a commercial place like we see at other temples.
- surely have to visit again

Amolraje Chavan rated 5/5 11 months ago This temple has a Rich history and it's most famous patron was shivaji Maharaj himself.
He made Jai bhavani the war cry of the marathas.
Temple is crowded and even on normal days . It takes 1 hour minimum.
Paid darshan is from 11.00am. but If u want a peaceful , suggest to visit at 5.00 am morning, the temple is impressive. Architecture from outside is great. It's worth looking around and appreciating. As we arrived on an off day (Sunday), it was not crowded and had excellent darshan.
The only complaint is please post the sign in English or Marathi wouldn't appreciate in any other language which can't read. For god sake ur in Maharashtra where the local spoken and written language is Marathi. Appreciate the locals.

Don't believe in this kind of people. Infront of parking their was a wash rooms area and the people in that area are doing this fraud. Gajanan Pokalwar rated 5/5 10 months ago The second among the 'Shaktipeeths' is Tulja Bhavani of Tuljapur. It is the family deity of the Bhosale Royal family, the Yadavs and of countless numbers of families belonging to different castes. The founder of the Maratha kingdom, Shivaji Maharaj always visited the temple to seek her blessings. It is believed that the Goddess gave him a sword - 'the Bhawani sword' - for success in his expeditions. The history of the temple has been mentioned in the Skanda Purana.
Along with temples of Renuka at Mahur, Mahalaxmi at Kolhapur, and Saptashringi at Vani, the temple of Bhavani at Tuljapur forms the four great Shaktipitha in Maharashtra.
