Be aware of the fraud people, they will ask some amount to take you directly but its not at all required. You can go directly or take some special darsan ticket. No need to depend on third persons or fraud people.

"Shri Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj" (King of Maratha Region and A Greatest Warrior of All time) had got blessings from goddess Bhawani. You can read history of Ch. Shivaji Maharaj and you will come to How Ch. Shivaji had built his Maratha empire for making Hindu Religion safe and secure.
Bhawani Devi temple is really huge one has to wait for getting blessings from her in queue for atleast 45mins to 1 and Half hours. Depends upon in which season you are visiting.
In Navratri festival, you have to do bookings.
She is "Kul-Daivat" (Goddess of Marath Region), All Maratha region people do visit here after marriage for their prosperous and happy life.

The 10 days before Hindu festival "दशहरा", a special occasion starts here named "नवरात्री". In those days, approximately 30,000 people will take "Darshan" per day.
Temple trust is continuaslly growing and developing various facilities to devotees come here like "Bhakta Niwas", parking, Darshan queue management are few of them.
