This ancient temple Shri Bhawani Devi is mentioned to have been built in 12th century CE. The Goddess is swayambhu. This is said to be the 2nd 'Shaktipeeths' of the 4 Shaktipeeths in Maharashtra. The other 3 being - *Ambabai from Kolhapur, * Renukamata of Mahurgad near Nanded, * Devi Saptashrungi from Saptashrungagarh near Nashik The temple is built in blackstone in Hemadpanthi style. Navaratra , Diwali and month of Margshirsha are the most important festive days, the temple will be unusually crowded on these days, so plan your visits accordingly. Kuldevi to millions of families in Maharashtra and Karnataka, these families make a pilgrimage to Tulijapur at least once in 2 years.

Here have no management about pilgrims. And pilgrims we are not satisfied to TEMPLE commity. when i visited on kojagiri pornima here no any type of management. But TEMPLE is very Gooooooooooood...
