1. Place is Clean, and there is security personnel everywhere. 2. But not a place for old people or those who have problems climbing steps. Too many steps, as well as route is too long and no proper guide, have to find route by ourselves.

We visited Tulja Bhavani temple early morning as we had to perform rituals. Best time to visit is morning as temple won't be crowded and you can take darshan easily with no hurry. Darshan queue is well managed here. However, you have to take passes for darshan.

By train from Bengaluru, reach Solapur (overnight journey). Travel 45 km from Solapur to Tuljapur by bus. The famous Temple of Tulja Bhavani Mata is in the centre of the town. The Town gets the name from this holy shrine. It has a long history. One has to get all details from literature, to feel the importance of the place. The famous temple of learning, The Tata Institute of Social Sciences, popularly known as TISS, is located very near to Tuljapur Town. More than eight hundred years old, the temple is recently renovated and is beautiful. There is big crowd of devotees always present here. Come, visit and get immersed in the spiritual milieu of this secred place. Be blessed. Good Luck.
